OILSEED PREPARATION

In any HUM Oil Seed Preparation Process, the seeds are cleaned before further processing.

PRESSING

HUM OIL PRESS; it is designed to produce oil and cake, by extracting oil by pressing oil seeds in the worms of the press after they are conditioned at cooker.

HUM EXTRACTION

Continuous Solvent Extraction is a process the oil remaining in oil flakes or cakes of oil seeds is extracted with the help of a solvent (generally hexane).

REFINING

Contaminants such as phosphatides, free fatty acids (FFA) and pro-oxidants must be removed from HUM Oil pressing (HPRS) or HUM Extraction (HEXT) and fats before consumption or industrial use.

LOW-FAT SOYBEAN PRODUCTION

We have developed a system for the production of high protein and low-fat soybean, which can be used both as a poultry feed and as a milk production enhencer.

OLEOCHEMICALS

SOAPSTOCK from vegetable oil refining usually presents either a disposal problem for the refiner or a processing problem for the user, and frequently both conditions prevail.

FAT MODIFICATION

HUM Dry Fractionation Plant is well designed with large cooling surface area and special cooling programme (cooling curve), which is proven to give higher Olein yield.
