HUM Stack Type Cooker is designed to provide optimum softening, dehumidifying, and heating of the oily seeds before the mechanical pressing process. During cooking, product level and temperature are constantly monitored and automated on PLC to ensure minimum steam consumption. CE certificated HUM Stack Type Cookers are designed with different diameters, heating surfaces, inlet steam pressures and blending rates for different seed inputs and process parameters.
