HUM Cake Cooler is designed to decrease the temperature of pre-pressed cake before processing It in the extraction plant. During cooking and pressing, seed temperature increases over 100-110 ℃. However, hexane’s boiling point is well below this point and the cake needs to be cooled down to avoid hexane vaporization. HUM developed horizontal and vertical type coolers for this purpose, whose capacities reach up to 1000 tons/day cake inlet.
