Upon completion of the commissioning and the performance tests made following the assembly of the Refinery-Winterization plant with liquid oil processing capacity of 200 tons/day, which HUM has contracted on turnkey basis, the plant was opened in December 2006 with a ceremony. The opening ceremony of the plant was made with the attendance of Mr. Ali Coşkun, the Minister for Industry as in the ground breaking ceremony. The plant, which was equipped with the most modern design, equipment and automation, deserves to be smart refinery. The plant, which was ordered in June 2004, was completed in a short time, including construction and building works, and opened.
