Upon completion of the commissioning and the performance tests made following the assembly of the Refinery-Winterization plant with liquid oil processing capacity of 120 tons/day, which HUM has contracted on turnkey basis, the plant was opened. The plant, which was equipped with the most modern design, equipment and automation, was ordered in July 2007.
