HUM has completed the assembly of the largest capacity and the most modern plant of Kyrgyzstan and started trial operations. The machinery and the equipments of the plant, which were designed by Turkish engineers, were produced in Turkey. Choice of Turkey and HUM for this project, in spite of the proximity advantage of India and China, is an important success and sample. That award of the contract of the project to HUM with a contract price higher than those offered by Indian and Chinese bidders, proves appreciation of Europe conditions and quality that is offered by HUM to Europe in much more compatible prices.
