The commissioning and performance tests made in November 2009, of the Sovent Extraction plant with cake capacity of 500 tons/day, of which erection was completed in Buzau-Romania, were completed with success and the final acceptance was made. BUNGE, a global brand, contracted HUM in November 2007 for the production of the Solvent Extraction Unit with 500 tons/day capacity of the edible oil production plant with sunflower seed processing capacity of 800 tons/day in Romania. HUM contracted turnkey delivery of the unit including engineering and equipment supply as well as assembly and placement.
