The solvent extraction plant for Nasha Oliya-Ukraine is successfully commissioned after installment and assembling being completed. The plant was ordered in June 2015 and the equipment was delivered in January 2016.

FS821 model 500 tpd capacity Flaker and NYP60 model 600 tpd capacity Press are continue to running with their highest efficiency and quality.
HUM put his signature into another big project. According to the contract, signed between HUM and AVES at 25.06.2014; the complete plant, including Cleaning - De-Hulling - Solvent Extraction - Meal Grinding, was designed and supplied by HUM and was established as turn-key basis including project, buildings and installation works. The plant was commissioned by HUM engineers and supervisors and started to run.
As a part of a big value investment program, for extending and modernization of their production plants KLAS OLIO LTD and ZVEZDA AD companies have already commissioned NYP30 model 300 tpd capacity and NYP60 model 600 tpd capacity Presses and Cookers, sold by HUM.
HUM’s own design and one of the big project assembled in Ukraine, Complete plant, consists of Pre-cleaning, Drying, Silos, Cleaning, De-hulling, Pressing and Solvent Extraction units, has just begun to production.
REFINING PLANT, which consists of 400 tpd Neutralizing-Bleaching and 200 tpd Winterizing-Dedorising units, consigned to our company HUM by Trakya Birlik as a turn-key basis, was started up at December 2013 and begun to production. The official opening ceremony of the plant was done at 9 February with the participation of Minister of Customs and Trade Mr. Hayati YAZICI and Minister of Health Mr. Dr. Mehmet MÜEZZİNOĞLU.
2.000 tons/24 hours Soybean and 1.500 tons/24 hours Sunflower seed processing capacity Complete Crude Oil Processing plant (Cleaning-Conditioning-Dehulling-Prepressing-Solvent Extraction-Degumming), which was contracted between HUM and NOBLE in February 2012, was assembled to Standerton - South Africa by HUM. Pre-commissioning of the plant were completed successfuly and start-up works are going on nowadays.
200 tons/24 hours cake processing capacity Solvent Extraction plant, which was contracted between HUM and Agro Capital Group Ltd. in January 2013, was assmebled to Troitskoye - Ukraineby HUM. Pre-commissioning of the plant were completed successfuly and start-up works are going on nowadays.
The first project of 2013 SEÇER TARIM, founded in Tarsus 450 tons/day capacity sunflower seed processing Crude oil Plant Pre-pressing Unit and Solvent Extraction Unit was handed over at August 2013 and started-up at January 2014 by completing the installation.
Assembly of the crushing plant with a sunflower processing capacity of 500 tons/day at Altınekin was completed and trial production started in November 2012.
EFKO, one of the biggest establishments of Russia assigned duty to HUM for its new investments. Soy plant contract was signed on 18th August 2011 and final acceptance was made on 14th September 2011. On 12th October 2012, a contract was signed for prepress unit with a sunflower seed processing capacity of 600 tons/day. The NYP60 Oil Screw Press of 600 tons/day capacity, which is the new design of HUM was used in this project with success. Trial production of the unit started in December 2012.
The order for the complete plant, which is comprised of shelling, preparation and solvent extraction, the first project of HUM in Egypt, was placed by El Shark in October 2010. All equipments of the plant were ready for shipment in August 2011. It is expected that forwarding shall start in September 2011.
The deodorization unit, equipped with high technology for full automated and high quality edible oil production, was manufactured at HUM’s production facilities under its own engineering. Assembly of the unit’s equipments, which were delivered in April 2011, is in progress.
The oil presses with sunflower seed capacity of 300 tons/day each, which HUM has recently developed, were delivered in July 2011. Also, the equipments of the solvent extraction unit with sunflower press cake processing capacity of 200 tons/day were delivered in April 2011. Assembly of Havran facilities is almost complete and will soon be commissioned.
The commissioning and performance tests made in November 2009, of the Sovent Extraction plant with cake capacity of 500 tons/day, of which erection was completed in Buzau-Romania, were completed with success and the final acceptance was made. BUNGE, a global brand, contracted HUM in November 2007 for the production of the Solvent Extraction Unit with 500 tons/day capacity of the edible oil production plant with sunflower seed processing capacity of 800 tons/day in Romania. HUM contracted turnkey delivery of the unit including engineering and equipment supply as well as assembly and placement.

The opening ceremony of the plant was made with the attendance of Mr. Ali Coşkun, the Minister for Industry as in the ground breaking ceremony. The plant, which was equipped with the most modern design, equipment and automation, deserves to be smart refinery. The plant, which was ordered in June 2004, was completed in a short time, including construction and building works, and opened.

The plant, which was equipped with the most modern design, equipment and automation, was ordered in July 2007.
HUM completed the project of a plant from land until turnkey delivery. According to the contract signed between TARİŞ PAMUK and HUM, HUM has contracted project designing, production and erection of the crushing plant under turnkey basis, with oil seed processing capacity of 800 tons/day. The opening ceremony of the plant was performed with the attendance of Mr Ali Coşkun, the Minister for Industry, in December 2006. Award to HUM of the contract of this important project, which was started as part of TARİŞ investments, shall contribute much to the progress of a Turkish company who is at the same time a world leader in the sector.

Our south-eastern Anatolia now has a plant with the biggest capacity, the most modern and the highest technology in the region. The plant with cake input capacity of 400 tons/day was produced and assembled by HUM under Lurgi license. One of the distinguishing properties of this plant, is the added value, which was created with the realization of a such a big capacity project solely by Turkish engineers and labor.
The plant, which is being manufactured by the consortium, established with the participation of HUM MÜHENDİSLİK LTD. (HUM) and the German company Lurgi Life Science GmbH (LURGI), is being designed by LURGI technology, which is the leader in vegetable oil technologies in the world. Manufacturing and project application of some machinery and equipment of the plant, of which machines and equipments will be supplied by LURGI, shall be carried out by HUM, the Turkish Company, who has served vegetable oil sector for 40 years.
Manufacturing of the machinery and equipment of the plant, where the most advanced technologies shall be used, has started. It is planned that the plant, comprised of semi-continuous bleaching and deodorization units, with capacity of 200 tons/day, shall start production in the second half of 2003.
HUM sold continuous solvent extraction plant with a capacity of 200 tons/day to be erected at Çimkent, Kazakhstan. The plant, which will be earned to Kazakhstan by ARAY company, shall be manufactured by HUM under LURGI license. The plant, where the most advanced technology of the world will be used, will be a sample plant for Kazakhstan and region’s countries. Production of the machinery and equipments of the plant, where HUM technology and LURGI engineering shall meet, shall be completed within a very short time as 7 months. Following assembly works, it is expected that the plant shall start production in February 2003.
TARİŞ, which is established in İzmir for long years, and which is the Turkey’s largest olive-oil refinery, is renewing its olive-oil combined plant technology, machinery and equipments, and is being re-structured at İzmir Çiğli Atatürk Organized Industrial Zone. The plant, which is being established by the consortium composed of HUM MÜHENDİSLİK LTD. (HUM) and the German company Lurgi Life Science GmbH (LURGI), shall be a physical and chemical olive-oil refinery plant with olive-oil processing plant capacity of 90.000 tons/year. The plant, where the most advanced technologies are used, shall rank among the most modern plants of Turkey and the world. The plant’s project is being designed by the German Company LURGI, a leader in the world in vegetable oil technologies. Renewal of the machinery and equipment, and application of the project is carried out by the Turkish Company HUM. The plant, which will be equipped by PLC control system and the most modern devices, will be capable to offer the best quality olive-oil with the least cost.
